"Our overall experience was EXCEPTIONAL. We purchased a New 2017 Passport - Happy Trails had exactly what we wanted at a great price. They were extremely helpful answering all of my questions (this purchase was made via the internet as I am located in NY). The owner, Wendell, went above and beyond taking an additional picture of the awning extended as it was not part of pictures included on the sale site. Wendell delivered the RV to its permanent location (Georgia). Prior to delivery, he performed an extensive checkout of RV. Upon delivery, he reviewed all of the features with my brother. I would highly recommend Happy Trails RV to anyone looking to purchase an RV - their prices are excellent and their customer service was outstanding."

* "We bought a travel trailer from an older couple and it was in great shape; like new. Only issue, the A/C wasn't cooling properly. I was in a bind, as my family and I were moving to Alabama so I could assume a new job. I needed my camper for temporary lodging while looking for home in Alabama. I only had a week, so I called Happy Trails. Not only did he make me his priority, he rushed the parts required that he didn't have on site. He was able to install the A/C; and he corrected a few errors from the last time someone worked on the old A/C and incorrectly installed some ducting.
